Short version: we collect what we need to sell you a product 
and deliver it. Nothing more.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you buy:
· Name and email address
· Billing address
· Payment details (processed by our payment provider — we 
  never see or store your card number)
· Order history

When you browse:
· Basic analytics — pages visited, device type, approximate 
  location by country
· Cookies used to keep your cart working

WHY WE COLLECT IT

· To process your order and deliver your download link
· To answer support emails
· To send you your files and updates to packs you bought
· To understand which pages people actually use

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

· Shopify — our store platform
· Our payment provider — to process payment
· Our email provider — to send your order confirmation

That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't rent it. We don't 
hand it to advertisers.

MARKETING EMAIL

If you opt in, we may email you about new packs. Every email 
has an unsubscribe link. Order and delivery emails are not 
marketing — you get those regardless, because they contain 
your product.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to:
· Show you what data we hold on you
· Correct it
· Delete it

Email info@larppack.com. We'll respond within 10 minutes.

Note: if you ask us to delete your data, we may lose the 
record of your purchase, which means we can't restore your 
download link later. Save your files first.

COOKIES

We use cookies for cart functionality and basic analytics. You 
can block them in your browser — the cart may stop working.
