All sales are final.

LARP PACKS sells digital products — video clips delivered 
instantly by download link. Once the link is delivered, the 
product cannot be returned, revoked, or "unsent." For this 
reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any pack.

This is why The Sample exists at $9. It's the low-risk way to 
see the quality before committing to a larger pack. We'd rather 
you spend $9 and decide than spend $29 and regret it.
