By purchasing from larppack.com you agree to these terms.

1. WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

You're buying a license to use a collection of video clips. 
You are not buying ownership of the clips themselves.

2. LICENSE — WHAT YOU CAN DO

The Vault and The Operator tiers include:

· Use in ads, reels, edits, and client work
· Resell the pack as your own
· Commercial use, unlimited projects
· Put the clips behind your own paywall
· Edit, cut, recolor, do whatever
· Use them without crediting us

The Sample tier is personal use only. It does not include 
resell rights.

3. LICENSE — WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

· Register the clips as your own copyright
· Claim exclusive ownership of any clip
· Resell the bonus materials from The Operator as a 
  standalone product

4. DELIVERY

Download links are delivered immediately after payment, both 
on the confirmation page and by email. If a link doesn't 
arrive within 30 minutes, check spam, then email us.

5. UPDATES

The Vault and The Operator receive new clips as they're added, 
at no extra cost, for as long as the store operates. Updates 
are delivered to the same link. We do not guarantee any 
specific frequency or volume of updates.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We sell footage. We do not sell outcomes. Nothing on this site 
is a promise that you will make money, gain followers, or sell 
anything. Any figures mentioned anywhere on this site are 
illustrative and not a projection of your results.

7. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

Download links are for the buyer. Sharing your link publicly, 
posting it, or distributing it in a way that lets non-buyers 
access the pack is a breach of these terms and we may revoke 
your access without refund.

8. PRICING

Prices are in USD and may change at any time. A price change 
does not entitle previous buyers to a refund of the difference.

9. LIABILITY

The packs are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted 
by law, LARP PACKS is not liable for any damages arising from 
your use of the clips, including but not limited to lost 
profits, platform bans, or third-party claims.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version live on this page at 
the time of your purchase is the one that applies to you.
